FAQ for OBD Display not vaild for '99?

I printed out the FAQ entilted "Climate Control Panel & OBD Display" and went into the garage to test it out on my 99 2.8.It seems that the "Code" numbers do not match my car. I was able to stumble across some of the codes. For example, Vehicle Speed (kph) is #16 on my car, not 17 as indicated. I thought that maybe they were all just 1 number off, but this did not prove to be the case.Anybody have any info on this? Did the codes change for 99? Some of the info it provides would seem to be very intresting and useful.Thanks!
