Image posting test

I'm wondering when the picture and link buttons are going to be working myself to make inserting pictures easy. I just get a blank dialog box when I hit the "insert image" button.

I'm using both XP and Vista. All 3 computers I use have IE 7
The motorcycle vB forum I'm on these buttons work like a charm.
The Aprilia forum is running v3.8.0 and Audiworld is v3.7.5.....

Yes I have the “Standard” tool bar showing. When I select "Insert Link" or "Insert Image" or "Insert Email Link" it opens a dialog box saying "network error"
When I switch to "Editor Mode" the link button starts to work correctly but the others still show the same network error message.
Just strange.
