1.) What do I believe I have done well in the last 6 month? What were some of the successes and achievements of which I am proud of?
Maintained a position in the top three collectors for the past 5 months.
2.) What Could I have done better? What were some of my frustrations and disappointments in terms of my performance?
Becoming and overly passionate collector and allowing my personal feelings to effect my professional actions.
3.) From both the success and frustration experiences, what did I learn (or confirm) in the last 6 months?
That with concentration I am able to over come my short-falls and as a result, rise over the top of the obstacles I am faced with.
4.) What are a few areas I will focus on for improvement in this upcoming year?
Maintaining a professional attitude and ensuring that the company's image and profit are not jeopardized by personal passions when collecting.
5.) What learning or development programs or experiences would help me become more effective in my role and professional relationship?
I feel that Spanish classes would be very beneficial, as it would make it far more convenient in our department as our client has a reasonable percentage of Spanish account holders.
6.) In order for me to become more effective in my work, what do I recommend my manager: Start doing, Stop doing and Continue doing?
Continue: Short term contests and hourly performance monitoring.
Start: Rewarding long term achievements and planning ahead (i.e.) postdated arrangements.
