the hard drive i am installing is a serial ata drive. on the back it doesnt have a space for those massive floppy ide cord things. obviously i am assuming i use the cords in the following pic to install the hard drive? should i use legacy power (the big white power cords or should i use both the cords i have pictured?)

also, this is one of the floppy ide cords that was supplied. the blue end matchs the blue connector on the motherboard, so i am assuming that blue end plugs into the mobo. but now that the hard drive is going to be connected through the serial ata plugs do i still use the ide1 slot for the floppy drive? also, this cord has two extra connectors, which one do i use for the floppy, grey or black?

finally, the cord i am holding appears to be a power cord for the blue leds on the front of the comptuer case. the power cord has a male and female connector... can i use either one for power or what? thanks guys
