Test




Would like to do the shower walls with something like it also.....
I have a modern vanity with medicine cabinet going in as shown below....the only thing I would change is the floor tile in the following picture.

However, that tile is $30/square foot.
But there are a lot of tiles on ebay, from $4 to $16/square foot, so I just order the following samples.....think any will work?

I put down thin set, then 1/4" hardi-backer.....then nailed it in place when the thin set was wet.....

Then you tape and thin set the joints...

I set the Schulter system floor pan in place, it's set in place with thin set underneath....it's styrofoam.....so is the curb.
After I set it, I seamed the wall to base corners with the water proof material and more thin set....

I left a bucket with dried thin set on top of the drain while it dried for the next 28 hours....

Then I do corner pieces with thin set and then put the water proof material on the base with thin set....

I let it dry for a day, cut the tile to fit, here it is being staged for installation (Christmas Day, what a great day!):

Here's the drain that moves left and right, up and down, and is set in more thin set....

I have painted the room, anything that doesn't have paint color on it will be covered with tile or cabinets.....

Here is the floor tile.....will have a border all the way around the room in the green, and the baseboard will also be the green....
