how do you do that?
how do you know if you need to replace the belt? are you talking about the timing belt or other belt thingy(what is it called?).
how do you replace the coolant? just fill it up? sorry i'm newbie here

Serpentine belt should be replaced>>>
around 60k...but it is a visual inspection. When you change the oil, you can see the belt. If the edges are frayed or it shows cracking anywhere, do it.
As far as coolant goes...there are test kits you can buy to determine if the coolant needs replacing...and it is not just a fillup.
There is a drain plug and you need to dispose of it properly...might be something to leave to your mechanic if you do not have the wherewithal to do it...IMO

if for some reason you don't have this book (and I don't know why you wouldn't-- if it was missing the Audi dealer can get you another one) here's the info:
