Hey wyaTT, Did you ever get this figured out? When I saw your pics I thought you had taken a picture of my fuse panel! The description of your problem is exactly the same as mine.

As a matter of fact I did. But now I have a new fan problem...no fans at all, no fried fuses, fan controller looks fine, and I have no AC (blows warm). I smelled electrical cooking just before AC went out.

Default I'm going through same thing. REPLACED everything

except the fans now..
New green sensor..
New fan switch in driver side of radiator..
New fan relay box under battery..
New after run pump..
Thermostat switched out..

No AC.. After run pump doesn't run.. and fans don't turn on at all even with AC on. Fuses are good.

UGH. I have an interview tomorrow, so I have to take the car instead of the motorcycle and risk some overheating.

Drove with only a slight bit of overheating in the 108 degree phoenix heat with no fans functioning, so I'm guessing the thermostat and water pump were working well. I guess it'll be new fans for me.

Yikes!!! I hope that is not a foreshadowing of my future. So far so good with mine. It's getting to be cool weather here in the midwest though, so I haven't been running the air.

""""" I guess it'll be new fans for me. """""""

chances of both fans dead is slim. Apply 12 volts directly to the connector to one fan and see if it runs. Then do the other fan.

Well I'll wait on the fans until I get my instrument cluster rebuild back. Saw one on Ebay for $350 with all good reviews.. If that doesn't fix anything, I'll get the fans, and at least keep the temp consistent.
