2002 Audi TT Power train vibration

2002 Audi TT Power train vibration
I am having a hard time figuring this one out so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is what is happening; in all gears there is a vibration once the RPMs get to around 3800-4200 but it does not occur when I free rev(Not in gear)the engine. I can feel the vibration at all speeds once I hit the 3800-4200 RPM range.....Any ideas????
