Have them check/replace the light/lock module. It solved a lot of problems in our car + oil question
Locks lock at 5mph (instead of 15). They also re-lock (if unlocked while driving). The lights behave perfectly now. The alarm has not falsed since it was replaced.
The windows have not misbehaved since it was replaced too. I have no idea if they are related, or it is coincedence. They were always dropping 1-2 inches when the door was shut. It hasn't done it since it was replaced.
They also needed to replace one of our remotes.
If the range is low on one or both remotes, bring BOTH of them in to check/change the battery. Our range was bad on one, was not a battery, but a bad remote. remember to bring both in, as they need to code both at the same time.
In regard to the oil, am I the only one in this forum using dealer supplied (dino) oil at the recommeneded change interval (5k,10k,20k,...)?
