Default Alignment issue solved. Took FIVE total trips to the alignment shop, but they

were very accomodating and allowed me to "help."

Thanks to the forum (both with numbers and "reasons"), I was able to adequately convey not only were "my" numbers w/in Adui specs, but they were what "real users" felt were the best numbers for the TT.

Car went in with over a degree off on front caster (reason car pulled to right). Camber and toe were way off in front and rear.

At Steve's suggestion, we moved the sub-frame left to right to balance camber and front to rear to balance caster (well, got it from a full degree to less than 1/2 of one).

In the end, the numbers (sorry, no easy access to scanner) are:

Front-
Camber L -1.8 R -1.9 (should be able to balance out once Koni sends me new struts (yes, they have agreed to send me new (correctly placed perches) struts)).
Caster L 7.50 R 7.30
Toe L 0.00 R 0.00

Rear-
Camber L -1.6 R -1.6 (bonus!)
Toe L .08 R .09

Front tires at 37psi and rear at 34. Car tracks perfectly straight and steering wheel is same.

While there, also opted for the Ever-wear total engine treatment (since this was all done gratis, though I tipped each tech and bought lunch). Tech (Cathy) had a neat Snap-on flexible camera, so we popped out an injector and took a look at the valves in cylinder 4. Not perfectly clean, but VASTLY improved from just a few weeks ago (which has since seen a Techron concentrate and then an Amsoil PI application). Figure I'll keep alternating between PI and Lucas along with Techron and Shell fills to keep the clean going.

Will do old-school flush on brake lines today (to clean out old fluid introduced by ABS activation) AND that means most of the major stuff seems to be done (w/car seats being done after I come back from Greece).

My wife is due to deliver our first child (a boy, Alexandros), so am flying to Athens tomorrow to be with her and help out. Will keep an eye out for Euro TTs.

Been kind of a long haul, but am very happy to have a solid, well-functioning car.

Again, thanks for the help (truly could not have done it without assistance from this forum).
