Any APR chipped TTs out there? Have one quick Question.

If you have the EMCS, how do you like it, and how does it work. It seems like a good alternative to having a second ECU. I am a little hesitant of it because of the way it works through the cruise control.

Any info would be appreciated.

No issues here with EMCS

It's nice to be able to switch to stock mode for trips to the dealer without the effort of swapping boxes. It's also nice to remind yourself why the chip was worth the money. Switch to stock for a while to remind yourself of the difference.

i've had no problems with it at all -- works very well, and i like the ability to move between modes

and the chip itself is fantastic!

I'll ask my EMCS Question here too...

The only way a dealer knows that the car is chipped is if they physically open up the ECU itself or drive the car. So having EMCS prevents them from noticing it by driving it, but they could still see it if they checked the ECU. Correct?
