anyone have a solution to windows? See below

I have had the window motor replaced 4 times. I am sick of resetting the windows once a day. Has everyone else just accepted that the window gremlin is permanent? The dealer doesn't know what to do, and continually replacing the motors seems ridiculous, AoA wants to talk to the tech the next time I bring it in, but I can't see what they can do for me. Anyone else have an answer?

Window controller unit or faulty wiring might also be the problem

Window controller unit??? do you mean the regulator?

They told me the motor and the regulator are the only components with the window. AoA suggests that I clay the window to make sure that the resistance is down. I want to find a way to get rid of the pinch control, I think it has to contribute to it, the dealer and AoA thinks disabling that might impact other things.

TT windows are a problem that won't go away

I'm going absolutely crazy because of my windows.
They never show any problems when I take my car in, and as soon as I'm home, they won't roll up, roll up only half way, don't drop down, or roll half way down by themselves.

Its really embarassing when your friends in the car, and your "luxury" roadster has screwed up windows that can't be fixed.

NOt much of a solution, just a rant
