Boost Controller Problems -->
So this morning I decided to put in the manual boost controller to see if it worked (When I tried this on the APR ecu its didnt work at all). So I set it for 15 pounds and I went for a drive. I spiked at 15 and then the hose came off because I didnt sercure it until it worked. So I went back and sercured it and it went for another drive. It spiked at 15 and then dropped to 4 pounds and then back to 15 and thn back to 4 and so on....
Whats going on?

Boost source (from the turbo outlet pipe) goes into the Valve. The output goes back to the same port you just removed this from on the N75. Is your N75 plugged in right? Make sure the arrows on the valve follow the airflow direction. And what do you mean you set it to 15 PSI? YOu can only set these on the car and running. Turn it off (all the way clockwise, open 3 turns, hook up correctly and try again....Did you put a plug in the port on the other side of that valve?

you set it too high.
the max for 180 is 14.5psi.
no more, it will hold 14.5psi until 4500-5000. and it will go back to 12 then 10 and 8psi.
anything more than 14.5psi, the boost jumps up and down. i think ecu cuts it.
you have to clear the over boost code every time you set it for too high boost.
