Default CD Changer Errors - Nothing in Forum
Ok..so my 2001TT Pansonic changer is giving ERR1 errors like crazy. Did the head cleaning multiple times...Used Compressed air to clean the changer...reset the cds and cdrs in the magazine...Nothing worked. Frankly its driving me crazy Any ideas here. Would love to replace just the changer (not the head) but even crutchfield.com doesnt list any true compatibles.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Take it to the dealer, they will replace it.

Default Manual says
that cd err1 is due to a dirty cd or magazine. Sure the cd isn't scratched or something?

There are quite a few oem changers on ebay and you can just plug and play.

Default I get errorrs also and I have found that if I remove the 6 CD holder and push all the CDs part of
the way out (not all the way out). Then push them back in, it no longer has an error.
