CD Changer Problem

Just had my TT dropped off at the house, gave it the once over, and took it out on the road. After a bit of driving, I pulled over to load up some CDs....no dice! Loaded the CDs in the cartridge, inserted them into the unit, the stereo read them, and nothing.....nothing played. Any hints or ideas would be nice? I don't plan on being around a dealr for a while and would like to get this taken care of. Any info would be nice....

This may sound wacky, but press the MODE button when you turn the radio on (more)...

Wild shot in the dark, but when you do, it says something like "CONNECT". Seems to be an undocumented feature. Maybe CONNECT is how you tell the radio to acknowledge a freshly installed CD Changer? Like I said, a shot in the dark.

And yes, I did sit there the day I got my TT and tried every single button on the radio for hidden features. Gave me an excuse to sit in the car for a few extra minutes. I'm almost done with two-button combinations now (there are only 625 of them), then I start on threesies...
