Check Engine LIght?
Dumb female comment...is that the same as "MIL" if so mine is on. I checked the gas cap to make sure it was tight(actually had Ron check it since I left the TT home and took the truck after I noticed it) since I just tanked up. He said it was tight. So, what else could it be...car seems to run fine.

More than likely if the car is running fine, the culprits can be...
- MAF
- Secondary Air Injection error
- Loose gas cap
- a few other minor things...
As you just had work done to the car, could be a loose vaccuum hose too....tell Ronso i will help him diagnose it! ;-P

That's means two vehicles unless I strap the kid on the trunk rack...don't think he'll go for that..
I'll try driving it a bit and see if its related to the gas/cap/recent fill.
I'll call the stealership too and see how quickly I can get in there and how long. Don't want to waste my time if I don't need to.

Thanks...I'll try driving it a bit more until the tank goes down. Wasn't sure
if I should drive it or not and didn't want to take the chance of having it crap out on me at 5 a.m. on the way to work.

it was a some sensor on mine .. even though the audi 4 year warranty was out of date they fixed it for free - i think they said because of some settlement some items are covered for 7 years or X miles ?
