Chipping issues
Need some help here guys/girls.
Has anyone ever been "busted" by a dealership for being chipped? If so what was the outcome?
I am thinking about approaching my dealership, with the question, "What will you guys do if I chip the car??" and seeing what they say.
I am just worried about voiding my engine warranty....
Any help would be apprecaited!

the outcome is void of warentee.. buy a whole new ECU and replace it when you go in....
better safe then sorry. most likely (like at my dealer) they will ask you 'what chip do you have in this car' your answer 'stock' no chance in voiding a perfectly good 4year warenty for a little extra cash. if you have a 2001 by chance someone is selling their old ecu on the forum.

I may "hint" around at the dealership, to see what their views on the subject are.
