Default Coilover stuff...Please help!!!
I took my TTQR to Audi of Fairfield (CT) for 30K service. There's a clunking in the front suspension. The CR said that the front, right strut is blown, but it was recently replaced by a tuning shop in Norwalk. The CR also said that certain suspension parts are missing, like the sway bar, etc. Is this possible when coilovers are installed?

I know, something doesn't sound right... I'm going to stop by the tuner tomorrow afternoon...

Also, the CSR said that cluster has to be replaced, and that they need my keys due to an immobilizer
