comfort module

I have a 2001 Audi TT quattro Convertible that needs a Comfort Module, The numbers from the module are 8N7962267A, 410.215/007/004. Does anyone have one or can it be substituted by any other one?

Roadster Comfort Control Modules that are used and in good condition are rare and expensive due to high demand. You could consider replacing it with a Coupe CCM (8N8962267A) and everything will work fine except you will lose motorized convertible top function. You would have to raise/lower the top manually.

I have sold two Coupe CCMs to two different Roaster owners and they both said everything worked except for the motorized top. I don't know what the letter means at the end of the part number, a different letter than 'A' might not be compatible with yours.

Try Module Masters in Moscow Indiana. They rebuild yours if it's not in terrible condition. My CCM was exposed for several months without a back glass in our rainy season before I bought the car. I bought a used one off ebay but still no dashlights, parking lights, no automatic roof, no gascap release, no trunk release....basically no creature comforts yet😥. I think they charge around $200 With a warranty! Good luck lmk how things turned out.

I have one of the somewhat rare (I guess?) 2001 Roadsters with the "power roof delete" option noted on the original window sticker, and thus a manual roof already. That is great information to have that I can get a coupe CCM with no issues at all for my particular car. Thanks!
