Custom made camera mount pic and movie

Much easier on a Roadster. :^) I use the CM1 from IOPort Racing.

One thing you might try on yours is a strap to steady the camera a bit. I swear I'm not laughing...
Been there, done that. You know it's bad when people are running for their lives. 
That was from the highest mount position on the rollbars. The pic shows it mounted lower where it looks a lot like your vid.
My biggest problem is the wind noise. I might need a mic sock... or something.

Well, at least I wasn't the only one that day...
That was a slalom that they put on a seam in the asphault...the seam was a bit broken up & gravel-y. :^) That's my story & I'm stickin to it. ;^)
That lower position does look better...the vibration even seemed a bit better. As for wind noise, that's another advantage of the strap...Just put it over the mic.
I'm curious, are you running with ESP on?

In one of the runs, you can see me turn it off mid-drive...
I've talked with other Audi/VW owners and they said you should turn it off... Sometimes, getting out of a sharp turn makes the ESP kick in and if feels like you've turned off the turbo.
