DID problem
This information may also apply to the trouble you experienced with the clock/calendar. Several people have posted similar issues and been able to clear them by following this procedure.
Good Luck!

Back in September I asked the question about the strange behavior of the stereo info
on the DID...I got some answers, but none of them worked. Come to find out, one of
the postings was almost correct, except for a critical typo...it listed fuses 5 & 11
instead of the correct, 11 & 15. I pulled fuses 11 & 15 tonight and it worked like a
charm...my display is back to 'normal'.
Thank You!

FYI: When this is done, the trip meter is reset to zero. As is the fuel mileage, elapsed
driving time, average speed (and clock/calendar as you said). A small price to pay!
I will be discussing this with my dealer on Monday, since they wanted to replace the whole cluster for something that is pretty evident is a software thing. What next, replace the ECU?
Thank you for the assistance. I will report back with my dealer's response and if the problem happens again. I don't want to have to reseat 11 &15 every few months, or we might as well call it a Lucas!

Everything else worked, tho.
What else have I reset that I can't see.
BTW, the Z8 in the new Bond movie is way less cool than my TT. They should have used a TTS Roadster. I was underimpressed.
