Disk error

I am getting a disc error message on the cd player/changer. The changer is only about 1 year old. Still get the same message by changing cartridges and cds in the cartridges. Is there a fix for this or is the fix a new cd changer? Thank you!

Dumb question, but are you sure they're in right side up?

I sometimes put the cds updside down in the cartrige, and that's what I get.

I've done _that_ dumb thing, and that's the error you get.
