Default DOH!!!! :(
I got my FIRST scratch!! found it on my rear bumper

I also found coffee all over the bumper too???

I know my dad was sitting behind the car in the garage cleaning his golf clubs and thats how the coffee got there.... dunno how the scratch got there though! It wasn't there a couple days ago

This sucks... It makes me sad

Default it almost sucks worse when you know its something you didn't do...
but on the upside you have the ability and tools to fix it

Default Well... I dunno, its deep.. I can feel it with my fingernail easily
and its about 2" long! damnit

you could try some Polishing Compound (3M). it works wonders.

Default I feel your pain... give the Menzerna twins a shot...
If you can avoid a repaint do so at all costs. I wish my bumper had just been a minor scratch. I think I could have lived with that but I think I'm going to have to get it painted again at some sort of custom shop to regain my sanity.
