Electronic Problem
Just got a 2001 TT 225 40K, had it for 3 weeks. Started having problems with the cruise control (works only half the time) Dome light stays on, turn signal clicker sound keeps going after I turn it off.
Also my heat/AC makes a high pitched grumble and a rapid ticking noise when it is off.
Anyone else have this problem, suggestions? I have a 30 day warranty with the VW dealership I got it from, should I expect them to look into these problems? Thanks from STL.

If you have a warranty that covers any of this, have them fix it.
At least find out what they do cover as fixing anything out of warranty with a TT will cost a small fortune in parts and labor.
And it seems that all model year TTs seem to have electronic "gremlins" to varying degrees. My current '03 has side window gremlins where they will occassionally drop a few inches on their own.
