esc button

i have a 225 coupe but i don't have the ability to disable it. am i the only one?

Early 225s did not have ESP installed. What year is your car?

if its a 2001....and was built after September of that yr...you should have ESP.>>>

audi offered a retrofit to some original 225 owners...not all went with it. Its not a bad thing...as that is what i have....

Slight correction ... It was from around Aug. 2000 & forward for the 225's to have ESP.

and not 2001. These were technically Model Year 2001's --- actually I think all 225's and Roadster started life the earliest as a MY01 even though they might have had an early build date in 2000.

Build Week 18 (May, 2000) was the cut-over for ESP in all TT's from the factory.

Right and most MY2000 180's were FWD and have Anti Skid Control

(not ESP). Starting in MY01, 180's were only FWD and always were equipped with ASC.

have 2001 TTr 225 early build 03/00 no ESP Don't need it it will only slow you down
