Default Fault code help....

17965 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation
P1557 - 35-00 - -
17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (check D.V.!)
P1297 - 35-00 - -

And it's causing soft limp mode. Only change was my new hyperboost adjustable versus my old dead non adjustable hyperboost valve.

Looks like DV prob -- check your connections.

Default Check operation of valve, check hoses for leaks...

Put a little soapy water on the hoses and look for bubbles?

I dunno...

Do you have the stock DV still?

Put it back on and see if you still throw codes...

Default play around with the adjustment. If you haven't already, do a throttle body adapt.

Engine - Basic Setting - 060 - hit Go. It'll reset tb.

After, loosen the adjustment all the way. Then tighten after a few runs.

Do a log of blk 204. And keep track of the boost pressures of the different settings. If you tighten too far, you get a flutter when releasing the throttle/shifting.

Default Gary... I'm having major problems....

The car just sputtered to a halt. The vacuum at idle is completely erratic. It used to sit at perfect -20. IM me if you have a chance.

Default try a bosch 710N stock valve and see how it goes..

I find I often have problems with aftermarket valves, they either wear out or I think the heat eventually kills the spring. Some people have used Bosch 710s on stage 3 180s with no problems. it might not be a good looking valve but it generally is more trouble free.

Default i would also

check the top hose from the Dv, if you are using a hose clamp on it, odds are good it has a small puncture..If this is the case try 6mm tubing from HOsetechniques, this hole caused me alot of problems.

Default This sucks.. I replaced the original valve which was giving no problems...

except sticking and not being smooth when tested, but there are still problems. Vacuum at idle is erratic...the car will run fine for a bit, then when you're on and off the gas.. you feel a clunk and then done.. limp mode 6 psi.
