Fault Code Readings
So I just purchased a $20 Ebay cable and used the Ross Tech 401.9s software to enable one touch unlock and remote windows...
I ran a complete scan for fault codes and this is what came up (of course before the uneregistered version kicked me out):

Probably not a problem...
Could be old codes that were never cleared.
You'll get #1 whenever you disconnect the battery.
#2 may or may not be a current issue. If you don't have a CEL or warning, don't worry about it..

I actually pulled the battery cable yesterday...the APR program was going nuts alternately blinking my check engine light and the EPC light after I tried locking it right before I took it to the dealer for the 45K service. It wasn't the normal 3 second duration to signify the lock was enabled - it was going on forever. Called APR and they told me to reboot the car and everything normalized.
No CEL for the the second issue either.
The car should have come with the remote windows and one touch unlock already ;-)
