Default When someone invents something a bit thinner (but no wider/taller) than an iPod that is also a...

wireless phone, full PalmOS (or whatever) device with color screen, AND mp3 player, I'll buy it. I'd pay $1000+ since I wouldn't have to buy one of each stand-alone component or carry all 3 around. Oh yeah, and it has to charge over firewire like the iPod, too. And a charge has to allow for at least 2 days of standby time (remember, it's a wireless phone). And it has to be slick as hell like an Apple product, too. And it should serve as a wireless modem over firewire, too. And the user should be given FULL ACCESS to the hard drive inside, so that I can have an HFS+, FAT32, and even reiserfs partition for file storage.

As it stands, I don't even carry my wireless phone with me all the time because it's just too bulky. I'll carry my Palm V even more rarely, and I find myself wishing I had it with me quite often. Why do I see these tiny cell phones in the movies (Zoolander, for instance) as a sight-gag? I really want one that small! The smallest phones on the market are still too big.

Default Has anyone seen the Rio Riot yet?

I understand it's a bit bulkier than the iPod, and no Firewire... but still, 20GB for $289 (compusa internet price) sounds appealing.
