Fluctuating temperature
For about the first 25K miles, my TT225C would warm up quickly, and the termperature gauge would stay straight up no matter what the conditions were or how the car was driven. Recently it's started to randomly move to the left and point in the 10:00 or 11:00 position. Eventually moving back to 12:00. It never goes beyond 12:00.
There does not seem to be anything that triggers this. It does this in temperatures ranging from 20F to about 60F (hasn't been higher than that in Rhode Island recently), and it doesn't seem to matter how long the car has been driven. It does not seem to affect perfromance.
I would like to get some ideas about this before calling the dealor. I don't want them to automatically change the thermostat if there might be some other problem.
