GIAC TTR Chip??

GIAC TTR Chip??
On the GIAC website they list the TT chips they have (180HP, 225HP etc). There's a chip listed on there called the TTR chip and if you check it out, its for a 2000 TT (180HP) and develops 35HP or whatever. Anyone got any info on this chip?
