GTech & Camera Mounts
I am planning on using a GTech RR and a video camera at my next autoX event to help collect data for later review. Due to the TT's rather short windscreen, the camera will have to be mounted close to the front of the car rather than the back to see over the hood. I want the camera perspective to be roughly the same as mine. Anybody have any suggestions as to how to mount the camera and how and where to mount a GTech? Thanks........

Roadster or Coupe?
In my Roadster I used a Rollbar mount form I/O Port Racing. See my sig for some video I took with it.

It might if you can get it high enough. Then zoom in a bit. But the height would be the challenge.
The further from the hard mount point the more vibration you get. Some video I've seen makes me wanna hurl. :^)

cheap Gtech mount...
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19281/gtech_mount.jpg"></center><p>...3 M4-16 screws thru the GTech base, then press the defog vent onto it, and plug it all back in the IP. The pillar keeps the GTech from moving when you push its buttons.
