Yes. It's decent but perhaps a bit overrated.

in my experience it takes too much paint off

almost to the point of starting over again. not really worth it. i think its possible to get a smooth and complete finish...but haven't had the paitience myself.

polishing compound works better... the touch up paint is softer you can even it out

Meaning it's softer than the original surrounding paint so you can take off the touch-up blob without thining the original paint too much.
