headlight work

Is it true to change a bulb, or clean the covers
that the front bumper must be removed? I've got a dead bulb and dust on the inside of my covers.

ok.
so this is not something the audi dealership
needs to do? They quoted me like $60 to change
the bulb, but if I can do that without having
to remove the bumper, then hell yeah.
If you can get to the bulb without taking off the bumber, couldn't you blow some air in there to get rid of some of the dust?

sealed unless you pull the H7 (hi beam bulb) and run a REALLLLY small hose in there, but the chances of the that actually cleaning it...slim to none...and slim probably is leaving town....
