Default Height

I'm awaiting the near delivery of my new tt without having driven or even sitting in it! Love at first sight - by looks only! My one concern is that I am 6'2, which might posess a "comfort" problem. I'd apprecite comments on the "height" issue.
Thanks

My 6'2" cousin (who is a big American car fanatic) fell in love with my TT. He drove it for an hour and thoroughly flexed it. He found the roofline unusually low, but I find the same thing and I'm 5'9". It'll take some getting used to, especially when it comes to overhead traffic lights. But it is comfortable for him and garnered his praises.

With dress shoes on, I'm about 6', 200 lbs. At 6'2" I'd be surprised if you have any problems.

Default Not a car for most pro baskeball players

You might want to check the forum's archives for info as there have been several posts with more specific comments. Driver's seat adjustment offers some help, but seat height adjustment latch appears to be flimsy. General consensus is up to 6'-5" to 6'-6" is ok. Console brace is a problem for some. Regards,
Frank W.

Rick,
I'm 6' and I don't keep the seat all the way back, or all the way down. I keep the seat raised 'til my head (hair) is about an inch from the head liner, to give me a "higher" view. The seat goes down another inch or two I would guess. I don't like feeling "stretched out" when I drive (don't feel like I have as much feel for the road and car, so I keep the seat a couple of inches foreward from the extreme back position. I don't think 6'2" should be a problem.
Good luck in the new car!

Default Well . . .

I'm a little over 6'3" and I fit fine. Of course, you'll have to duck to clear the roofline, but once you're seated you'll be fine. The seat is generously adjustable for tall folk. You have nothing to worry about.
-John P.

I'm 6'4'' and drive my TT since March. The seat is back at his maximum and down too. It is no problems for me, expect to get in and out; and when you are in the TT.....yahooooooo...
Regards
Greg
My website: http://home.balcab.ch/greg

I'm 6'4" and no problems. I haven't even bumped my head getting into the car yet! (which probably will happen now that I said that). I too was concerned about the space but fortunately was able to sit in a TT prior to putting down my deposit. There is an amazing amount of room for the size. Sort of like a clown car.
