HELP~HELP~HELP~Rpm Needle Problem
hi guys,,i have a few questions for u...
i am driving a 2001 TTR quarttro,,and today when i was in school waiting for my brother, i checked the rpm when idle (the temperature is fine, sit in the middle), the RPM needle just keeps moving up and down ..what the hell is goin? it moves up and down for 200-300 rpm difference.. is that caused by the carbon inside the engine? or some other issues?
and this week, i am goin to take my car to the dealership to fix some of the following problems.
1. the lamp washer on the driver side seem not workin properly
2. change of window regulator,damn this is the 2nd time i have to change, the first time was on the driver side
3. the rpm needle
did any of u know the cost of each of the followings?
and also, is that possible that i ask the audi technician to install my forge DV for me? if not, any other way that i can ask them to? plz..

yeah, i will be takin my cars to santa monica audi, since i've been to beverly hills audi/porschem, and their services were like ^&(*&(*%&^%&....
any guy would u suggest?
one last thing that i forgot to put on ,,,there is always a noise when i am breakin, what seem to be the problem? the wear of break pad or?

vacuum hose? maybe try resetting the ECU...>>>
my RPM's have gone wacko sometimes, but usually after putting a new mod on... so I figure the car needs to adapt to it a little...

nah..i dont know how to reset the ECU,,,it was JEFF MOSS who did the ECU work for me, runs good, and i love it,,and the rpm problem just happened few days ago as i believed

a week after I got the chip I had a boost problem and wierd idle.. it ended up being a vacuum leak in the hose tha attaches the to fuel pressure regulator... it wasn't something I could fix (I would have never figured that out)...
other times I had strange idle was when I just switched my fuel pressure regulator from 3bar to 4bar, or back.... so maybe you have a fuel problem? Ever used any injector cleaner?
