I had the same problem....

First the dealership replaced the hazard light switch which contains the turn signal relay. That didn't fix the problem. It turned out to be the switch in the turn signal arm. Sadly, its a complete unit so they had to replace the entire turn signal stalk assembly. But on the bright side, it fixed the problem!
