Default Love/Hate Relationship

I have a love/hate relationship with this forum. The advice and insight are unaralleled, but I;m smack in the middle of a four moth wait for me 225CQ, so I hate hearing about everyone getting their new TTs. Any insight on delivery times in the St. Louis area? Ordered 6/9/2000.<p>94 Accord EX :<
Waiting: '01 225CQ

Default Get used to it.... (more)

I ordered in March, and am still waiting, and waiting, and waiting.....

My TT is in port, been ther for two weeks now, and has yet to be assigned to a carrier to truck it up here to No. Cal....... I can sympathize, as I have been seeing more and more TT's around town... and I still do not have mine.....

Default I beg to differ!!!

I have a 94 Honda Accord EX and it is an excellent dependable vehicle...moreso in fact than my 01 TTRQ or my previous 00 FWD TT. Yet, they both have their place in my heart.
I enjoy the fun and exhileration of the TT. I enjoy the dependability workhorse effort of the Accord.
My actual quandry is thus: I don't need two cars and the Honda is for sale...with all of 38K on the odometer. It runs like a clock and has NEVER failed me. In fact, it has been to the dealership one time since purchase.

As for the love/hate relationship, it gets worse as the time draws near. Who knows? You might hear about diverter valve problems till you're sick of it when most of us don't have the problem. Many things are "magnified" on this forum. Just be patient, your car is coming...a virtue that like discipline takes work.

Default Well, I wasn't that excited until....

...My Dad started getting excited about it and calling me and letting me know every time he sees teh same two TTs here in Lawrence, KS.

And it doesn't help that my dealer tells me he'll call me the next day and give me an update (last update I have is from May 18th, and that it went to status D) and then never calls. Apparently there is only one or two gentlemen in the dealership that are able to check status. I really wish Audi would let you do that on the web. But then again, Their server would be overloaded eh? 8-)

Don't know what the ship time to St. Louis is, but hopefully it's not much longer than over the state to Kansas City....
