Need some reliability data.
Hi all again! I REALLY want to buy the 225 TTC. But there are two things that concern me: reliability and the blind spot.
Please help me out with some comments. Our dealership here is one of the worst, and I don't want to rely on them for anything...
But I am trying very hard not to buy this car on performance and styling alone!

I've never been to my dealer since they have a horrible reputation, plus the car hasn't had any ...
problems other than the DV in 16 months. I take my car elsewhere for oil changes and check-ups.
Things I see people complain about the most are rear shelves rattling, and cluster/fuel gauge problems. Few seem to have major problems.

Alright....45k miles later....I have had only minor "bugs"...no mechanical probs at all
This car has been chipped for over 20K and exhausted after merely 700 miles...
Only bugs were power windows and a bad seat cover.
And yes...I am very very hard on my car...

OK, at the risk of sounding stupid here...what does DV stand for?
(Thanks for the info, btw, I think I will go back one more time to check out the TTC at the dealership. It isn't the color I want, but they said they could trade for what I want...)
