Default NM #57

I found NM #57. Its a sad story. Brad, you can update you list.
Chambers Motors in Somerville, MA has #57 for sale. The are asking $49,999!!! (Who are they kidding?) Chambers is a MB and Porsche dealer and claims to have bought the TT at auction. It has 356 miles.
The poor car is up in their third floor loft in a dark corner and is covered in grime. Very sad.
The saleman who showed it to me made no apology for the outragous price. "The original owner made a few bucks putting it in the auction and now we want to make a few more bucks on our purchase of a true collectable." While I would love to think that TT's could appreciate over MRSP, I can't believe there are that many greater fools out there.

The rumor is that The Exchange (Highland Park, IL)also has 3-4 of the NM editions available in storage.
The week the TT was introduced I saw a NM TT at a dealer auction, when I was looking at it, he said he was pulling it from the auction at Audis request. He said he would sell it to me outside the auction for $41,000. I was not impressed with his price and he said "OK I already sold 4 other NM at that price" A NM went through last week as one of 7 other TTs, I dont know its exact price but they all were in the high $30s. just avoid the evil dealers for everything, dont buy parts or service from them.
