No compression

Did it used to work and suddenly not start? You didn't replace the timing belt after it snapped or anything like that? Hard to believe no compression (meaning zero in all cylinders, verified with a compression gauge) yet belts are good and aligned. The timing belt is rotating and so are the camshafts? You need to verify this. I'm Asking in case the woodruff key on the camshaft sprocket snapped and the camshafts are not rotating while all of the exhaust valves got bent from pistons hitting them. Things would look aligned while the valve train got "grenaded"
