O2 Sensor Location

I am throwing a 17526 O2 Sensor Heating: B1 S2: OpenCircuit, so I figure B1 S2 needs to be replaced.

I have gathered from other posts that Sensor 2 is post-cat, but I can't seem to find any indication which side is Bank 1 vs Bank 2.

Can anyone help.

Also, does anyone know if the VW O2 sensor can be used as a replacement for both the Pre and post cat sensors on a 2000 180QC?
