Odd Light Problem
Okay, this one has me stumped.
As I've mentioned, I have an appointment for my car's 50,000 mile check up. One of things I told the dealer is that the left parking light--the yellow one under the headlight--doesn't come on when I turn on the headlights. Figure it's a blown bulb, right?
Last night, I had to get something out of my car. As I walked into the garage, I hit the button to turn off the alarm and the lights flashed on both sides! At least I thought they did. Turn the alarm on--yup, both flashing. Turn the alarm off--yup, both flashing. Did it magically fix itself? Turn on the headlights. Nope--only one on.
Needless to say, I'll ring up the dealer tomorrow and let them know. But I figured I'd turn to the fount of knowledge here as well. Any ideas? Anyone ever see something similar?

Re: Same problem with mine, but its the rear right brake light
I am pretty sure that there are two bulbs in there, if not a dual fillament bulb. Same with mine, my turn signal works, but the steady light doesn't come on.

Please tell me what happens at the dealer, I have the exact same problem..
turn signal and parking light are two seperate bulbs. Turn signals flash when you turn on/off the alarm. parking bulbs only on when lights are on.
