I bought the car last February and soon realized that the stock tires were too dangerous for winter. I bought a cheap set of wheels (Borbet) and Dunlop M2's. I went down in size from 17 to 16 inch. The combo works very well. Over the past 26 years of driving in Alaska I have tried many different combinations on my previous Audi's. I think the M2's are a perfect winter fit for this car, especially if you see any dry pavement at all during the winter.
