How often do you change your oil if you use pure synthetic 5w40?

i do every 5000mi, halfway between audi's recommended 10k interval

Current mileage: 22,445
First oil change to M1 5-30: 2,000
second: 9,5000
third: 14,500
fourth: 19,500

all with M1
I need to add, as of today, .25 quart.
