pinging engine

hey guys i bought a neuspeed p chip 3 months ago. now my car is pinging on hard acceleration. any advice? neuspeed said i might have bought a bad gasoline and to observe it with another brand and if it won't disappear then to go back to neuspeed so they can reprogrammed tthe ecu. what do youthink????

Try the highest Octane gas you can get and see if it makes a

difference, every so often I get a bad tank of gas...
