problem HELP~!!.......
i haven't turn on my car for like 2 days......i when and wanted to go out to buy some stuff....
the car started to vibrate more than the usual(the engine), i waited the temperature to go to his normal level and when out....finds out that when i accelerate a lil bit my car the car start chocking and i smell somethign bad, but its not from the engine...
any SUGES......TT 2001/225hp......9,500KM

Just drive slow to the dealership, you should be fine.....the bad smell is one of your cyinders's
fuel not burnt and going directly to the exhaust. You might hear some backfires, but don't worry, just drive slowly and consistantly to the dealer.

Also, serach AudiWorld and the UK TT Forum to find out more than you would ever want to know about the infamous coil pack problem.
The main thing is to determine if your car falls within the scope of the recall and if it does, get those babies replaced ASAP. A call to Audi USA Customer Service is a good place to start or have the Service Manager at your dealer check to see if your car is in the recall.
