Both front parking lights, both side marker lights, instrument cluster light and passenger taillight all out. Checked all fuses and bulbs are all are ok. What else could this be?

Default Could be an issue with the headlight switch.

Has the knee bolster been removed recently? If so, the switch housing may not be completely together causing the circuits you have mentioned not to work.

Default Follow these instructions to remove the headlight switch...

while leaving the bolster in. The back half of the switch may have come loose and needs to be pushed back together.

Click on link for how to...<ul><li><a href="http://www.ttgallery.fotki.com/welcome_to_the_new/my_mods_and_pics/fog_light_mod_allow/image001.html">http://www.ttgallery.fotki.com/welcome_to_the_new/my_mods_and_pics/fog_light_mod_allow/image001.html</a</li></ul>

Default How does the wire harness look going into the headlight switch?

Maybe a wire or two has been pulled.
Usually if the bolster is removed while the headlight switch is still in the bolster the wire harness can pull on the back of the headlight switch. Sometimes causing the headlight housing to partially separate from the front of the switch. This separation can cause issues with the lighting system. Maybe wires have come loose from the wire harness?

I wonder if the splice I did for my boost gauge dimmer setup could have come loose (light blue wire). Can I check the circuit to see if it's open?
