Problems getting ESP update?

My car was sent to Houston a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I called to get a status report. I was told to call back b/c it takes a while to update the computer. Audi guy said it was most likely do to Thanksgiving Holiday. How long did anyone out there wait to get a status report?

Hmmm I was actually thinking of calling them also, my car will have been gone 4 weeks this coming Friday. Huh....I'll let you all know if I find anything out.....

I called on the 16'th, got about the same line. They knew the car was done, but didn't know if it had left yet.
Dealer called on the 21'st to tell me it was back.

My car turned up after only 2 weeks. I didn't call for status since I didn't expect it back so early

They seem slow to update their computer

I have actually been calling every week since people started getting theirs back on the forum.

I dropped the car off at the dealer on Oct 19th. I called on the 7th, they said they received the car on the 3rd. Called on the 13th, said car was finished Nov 6. Called on the 20th, car still sitting in Houston. Called on the 27th, said car left there on 20th. See the pattern?

I am expecting my car by mid next week, hopefully it is not stuck in customs too long (I am in Canada). My dealer has a set of winters and a set of rubber floor mats with my name on them, can't wait!
