Quality Problems

I understand that the TT is being built in Hungary which was a Soviet block country. I know that many of the eastern European countrys have had problems with work ethic related to the historic way they have done business. Could this have anything to do with the quality problems that the TT has been exhibiting? <br>

Hungary has always been known for their fierce will to be free, there work ethic is far superior than most
