Replace cluster - cost?

Replace cluster - cost?
Anyone have the actual book rate (not straight time, actual time, daylight savings time....) but what does the official 'book' rate is, to replace a cluster on an 01 TTR225? Not what the dealer charges...what the book rate says.
Getting the runaround. The dealer wants 3 hours labor. I found from another source that says it is a .6 hour job BY THE BOOK. That is a huge discrepancy to me.
The dealer wants just over $800 to do it. Seems a bit out of line for a part that is replaced more than the oil has to date!
Any thoughts?

Physical time Vs. programming...>
Physically the .6 is about right. Dealer has to spend some time programming with a Very expensive machine though. Dunno the time on that, but if that price includes the cluster, it sounds OK to me....
Because of the programming, this is not something you can do yourself...

Yea..figured it was the time for the annual cluster replacement :)
The gas gauge is reading too high (when empty it registered full)
The dealer was also charging $25.00 for shipping of the part above and beyond what they were charging. This has got to be a new low.
